McKittrick is the Founder and Managing Partner of Sweetwater Holdings Company, where he directs the company’s overall strategy and investment direction.

Prior to Sweetwater, McKittrick was a Principal at Atlanta-based Seven Oaks Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm that partnered with institutional capital on a range of large mixed-use, office, residential, and land projects across the Southeast.  McKittrick began his career in 2002 with Barry Real Estate.

Larry Gellerstedt

Larry is the past Executive Chairman of the Board of Cousins Properties (NYSE: CUZ), where he also served from 2009 to 2019 as CEO and President, steering the company to focus on acquiring, developing, and operating urban trophy assets in high-growth Sunbelt markets while maintaining a conservative balance sheet. Most notably, he led the negotiation and execution of two successful mergers taking Cousins’ equity market cap from $665 million to over $6 billion.

Larry began his career at Beers Construction Company in 1978, where he became Chairman and CEO, leading the company to annual revenues in excess of $1.2 billion and its eventual sale to Skanska AB. He also held positions as President and COO of The Integral Group and Chairman and CEO of American Business Products before launching The Gellerstedt Group, which Cousins acquired in 2005.

In addition to his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Grady Memorial Hospital, Larry currently serves on the Boards of Georgia Power Company, Brown & Brown Insurance, and United Distributors; and as Vice Chairman of the Robert W. Woodruff Foundation.

Dave Stockert

Dave is the retired CEO and President of Post Properties (Post) where he served nearly 15 years as CEO leading the company’s significant growth, culminating in $400 million in annual revenue, a total market cap of $4.5 billion, more than 600 associates and more than 24,000 apartment units in ten major Sunbelt and Mid-Atlantic markets.

Dave negotiated and executed Post’s successful merger with Mid-America Apartment Communities (NYSE:MAA) in 2016, creating the premier Sunbelt apartment REIT with more than 100,000 apartment units and assets of $16 billion. Dave now serves on the Board of MAA.

Prior to joining Post, Dave served as SVP and CFO of Weeks Corporation and as EVP, Acquisitions/Dispositions for Duke Realty (NYSE:DRE) where he completed more than $2 billion in transactions and played a central role in the 1999 merger of Weeks Corporation and Duke Realty. Dave also worked for eight years as an investment banker and as a CPA.

Chris Wren

Chris Wren is a Senior Director at Sweetwater Holdings Company.

Before joining Sweetwater Holdings, Chris was Portfolio Manager at Legalist, Inc., directing a multi-fund DIP and exit financing strategy collateralized by real estate. He led a cross-functional team and grew the $75 million startup lending platform into a $230 million strategy with institutional investors. Prior to Legalist, Chris was a Vice President at HighBrook Investors, where he managed the full lifecycle of a $305 million value-add and opportunistic portfolio comprising office and industrial assets nationwide. Earlier in his career, Chris served as Director at Trimont Real Estate Advisors, managing more than $500 million in non-performing loan (NPL) and REO portfolios.

Chris began his career at Eastdil Secured and Wells Fargo, specializing in investment sales, financing, and development loans. He graduated from the University of North Carolina, where received a BSBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School and played on the men’s varsity lacrosse team.

Brent Jenkins

Brent Jenkins joined Sweetwater Holdings Company in 2023 with over $30 billion and 20,000+ units in closed multifamily transaction experience. Prior to his role at Sweetwater, Brent began his career as an Analyst and Associate at Eastdil Secured, a global real estate investment bank where he was part of the Sunbelt Multifamily Investment Sales team.

While at Eastdil, Brent’s responsibilities included capital markets analytics, complete real estate valuation responsibilities throughout the entire deal process, pitch and offering memorandum content creation, and was the key liaison to the first-year analysts on his team for training and mentorship purposes.

Brent graduated in just three years from the University of North Carolina Wilmington as a student-athlete with Magna Cum Laude academic honors, where he focused on finance.

Fortune Mandirahwe

Fortune Mandirahwe is the Director of Fund Accounting at Sweetwater Holdings Company, where she is responsible for both fund-level and venture accounting, as well as treasuries, financials, and investor reporting.

Before joining Sweetwater Holdings in 2023, Fortune worked as a Controller for Newport RE, an international real estate company that manages a large portfolio of commercial projects across various product types in the United States, Germany, and Switzerland. During her time at Newport RE, Fortune led the accounting operations, preparing and providing financial and tax information information to key stakeholders and partners.

Marli Quesinberry

Marli joined Sweetwater Holdings Company in 2019 as a consultant to assist in the launch of its inaugural $80M+ opportunity fund. She now serves as Director, overseeing investor relations and other fund-related matters for the Company.
Prior to her work with Sweetwater Holdings, Marli spent 14 years at Cousins Properties (CUZ), where she most recently served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Marketing from 2013 to 2018. In 2022, she suspended her full-time consulting business to join her father, James Maurin, in managing their family’s real estate holdings.
Marli began her professional career during the dot com boom in 1999, working as a content creator for a start-up music site and then as a creative consultant for IBM.
