Sweetwater Holdings joint-ventured with GE Asset Management and Seven Oaks Company on a build-to-suit office project for Charles Schwab located at the Riverwood development in Atlanta. The project eventually sold for $988 per square foot, representing one of the single highest cost per square foot NNN sales in Atlanta history.
