Sweetwater Holdings co-invested in a joint venture to develop a state of the art designed 372,000 square foot office tower on top of a new 60,000 square foot urban Kroger located on the Atlanta Beltline and adjacent to Ponce City Market. Completed in late 2019, 725 Ponce is now fully leased to tenants such as McKinsey & Co, BlackRock, and Chick Fil A. In 2021, the venture sold the trophy tower to Cousins Properties (NYSE: CUZ) for a record $806 per square foot or $300.2 million.
