Sweetwater Opportunity Fund co-invested in a joint venture to develop a 478,000 square-foot LEED Silver Certified, Class-A office tower on a one-of-kind site on the Beltline in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward neighborhood. The office development, which is part of a multi-phase master plan known as the Fourth Ward Project, is pre-leased to MailChimp, a leading Atlanta technology firm.
