In 2018, Sweetwater Holdings and JV partner Wyatt Capital acquired the 109K SF class A 3333 Riverwood office building located in the Cumberland submarket of Atlanta in an off-market transaction. Over the next 24 months, the venture repositioned the asset by completing renovations to both the exterior and interior common areas, including the addition of a fitness center and conference facility while executing over 80,000 square feet of new leasing, stabilizing the asset at 97% leased. In 2021, the venture sold the asset at core pricing to an institutional investor.
