One of the prominent projects of the Upper Westside was the redevelopment of two adjacent industrial buildings into 91,000 square feet of creative loft office. Acquired and repositioned in a development venture with Wyatt Capitol and New City Properties, the Defoor Hills venture leased 100% of the project which included two public traded companies, within a few months of completing construction. In 2018, the venture sold 2282-2300 Defoor Hills for $380 per square foot to an institutional pension manager, setting the Southeast’s record for loft office at the time of closing.
