Sweetwater Holdings and joint venture partner Wyatt Capital purchased a 23,000 square foot light industrial warehouse building in an off-market transaction. The JV repositioned the asset for retail use and, after acquiring an adjacent property from CSX Railroad, leased 100% of the property to a single retail/showroom tenant. The venture sold the property to an international owner/user in 2018.
