Sweetwater Holdings and joint venture partner Wyatt Capital purchased a 44,000 square foot industrial asset in the Upper Westside submarket of Atlanta under a sale-leaseback agreement. The JV later re-positioned the warehouse into a state-of-the-art creative office headquarters for an office user who acquired the property.
