Sweetwater Holdings co-invested in a joint venture to acquire the 215,000 SF Class A office building on Peachtree Street at the intersection of Midtown and Buckhead in Atlanta. The venture has since completed extensive renovations, including a complete lobby renovation and the addition of a new coffee/wine bar, fitness center, building conference rooms and outdoor recreational amenities.
