In an opportunistic off-market transaction, Sweetwater Holdings and a local joint venture partner acquired a 120,000 square foot warehouse facility located on 9-acres adjacent to the 280-acre Westside Park at Bellwood Quarry, Atlanta’s largest park now under construction. Within six months of closing, the 1400 West Marietta property was 100% leased to two light industrial users, and the venture sold the asset less than two years after purchasing the asset.
