Sweetwater Holdings joint-ventured with GE Asset Management and Seven Oaks Company on a build-to-suit office project for Charles Schwab located at the Riverwood development in Atlanta.  The project eventually sold for $988 per square foot, representing the highest cost per square foot NNN sale in Atlanta history at that time.
