One of the prominent projects of the Upper Westside submarket was the redevelopment of two adjacent industrial buildings into 91,000 square feet of creative loft office. The Defoor Hills development venture leased 100% of the project which included two public traded companies, within a few months of completing construction. In 2018, the venture sold 2282-2300 Defoor Hills for $380 per square foot to an institutional pension manager, setting the Southeast’s record for loft office at the time of closing.
