An affiliate of Sweetwater Holdings acquired 99,000 square foot office/warehouse buildings in an all-cash off market opportunistic purchase.   The asset was converted into a film production facility before ultimately selling off separate parcels to an owner/user and a local developer yielding opportunistic returns to equity.
