An affiliate of Sweetwater Holdings acquired and repositioned 109K SF class A office building in the Cumberland submarket of Atlanta in an off-market transaction.  Over 24 months the venture renovated the interior and exterior of the boutique building, executed over 80,000 SF of new leasing and stabilized the asset at 97% leased and sold the asset to an institutional investor.
