Sweetwater Opportunity Fund joint-ventured with TPA Group to develop a 454,494 square-foot industrial  warehouse building located in an in-fill Altanta submarket which was then 100% leased to a major automobile distributor at one of the highest rental rates ever achieved for comparable buildings in the market. The project sold to a high net worth family office shortly after receiving tenant certificate of occupancy.
