An affiliate of Sweetwater Holdings acquired a 44,000 square foot industrial asset in the Upper Westside submarket of Atlanta in an opportunistic sale-leaseback transaction.   The venture would sell the asset to an owner/user and fee development the warehouse into a state-of-the-art creative office headquarters for the buyer.
