white flower and a bit of anise that can also be found on the intensely stony and big-bodied flavors that are almost aggressively mineral in character before culminating in a palate staining and driving finish where the intensity does a slow but sure build from the dense mid-palate to the explosive finale

Vincent Dancer, Chassagne Montrachet Tete Clos Blanc Vintage:2015 this is somewhat awkward today(Tte du Clos is a climat of Morgeot). A markedly floral nose is comprised by additional notes of white orchard fruit, citrus peel and a hint of resin. There is excellent volume to the caressing but powerful and muscular middle weight plus flavors that terminate in a serious, long and sappy finish. At least some patience will be necessary if you wish to enjoy this at its peak.
