Francois de Nicolay, Bouzeron White 2017 Vieux Maillet stemming and berry crushing to100% Aligote. This dry white wine colour is light straw. The nose is honeyed and rich with aromas of acacia and spring flowers. On the palate there is generous fruit, flinty mineral notes with nice energy and floral qualities. In the finish, the salinity comes back to give the wine a refreshing end note.
