The mouth feel is round and powerful with a long finish of citrus. Pairs well with refined, sophisticated fare. A very classy ros made of Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvdre and Syrah. Typical pale colour with notes of strawberry and rhubarb. Palate is crisp and fresh with delicate, juicy red fruit and a mineral edge.
