This house is one of the oldest surviving buildings in Simsbury, Connecticut. It was built in 1717, and it was the birthplace of General Noah Phelps, a veteran of the American Revolution. This house is located at the corner of Main and Wall Streets in Stonington, Connecticut, and it was built in 1787 as the home of Captain Amos Palmer. Later residents of the Houses on the west side of the town green in Longmeadow, Massachusetts around 1883, and the same scene in 2024.
