There is definitely a sensation of austerity and a lean mineral character on the palate. However, the wine develops slowly and does show its potential and great structure. Please take enough time to understand this wine and there will be no regrets. The finish is dry, but the acidity is enveloped in a velvety saline salivation. Needs ageing and great
